RETURNS IN ITALY

We would like to remind you that returns are at the customer's expense, with a cost of €5, except in cases of damaged merchandise, shipping errors, size exchanges, or incorrect items (in this case, please contact our customer service before proceeding with the return shipment). We will email you as soon as your return is registered in our warehouse.

You can return all products to us if they were purchased on our website, provided they are in their original condition and within 28 days from the delivery date.

Please note that the refund/exchange is not immediate upon receiving the return. Typically, we require 10 business days for returns to be processed and for quality checks to be conducted.

Below, you will find instructions on how to process your return:

- Log in and access your account in the "Your Orders" section. If you made a purchase as a guest please contact us at [email protected].

- Click on "Request Return" for the order.

- Select whether you want an exchange or a refund from the dropdown menu.

- If you want to exchange one or more items, select them and choose the desired size.

- If you are requesting an exchange for size or a specific item, always provide all the details in the "Notes" section.

- If you want a refund, select the item to be returned and choose the reason for the return.

- Click on SUBMIT.

- You will receive an email as soon as the request is processed and approved.

- Download the pre-filled PDF return form to include in the package.

- You will receive an email with the return label from the courier.

- Schedule a pickup for the package with a courier of your preference.
