    Shipping costs to Europe/Rest Of The World: € 20,00 (Fedex courier including tracking number).

    A confirmation email will be sent to you once the shipment has been dispatched.

    International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

  • Shipments will start from May 27, 2025 via TNT/FedEx.
    Orders will be processed in the order they’re received.

  • Yes, you can cancel your order—but only if you do it within 4 hours of purchase and the status is still “processing.”

    Include your name, surname, order number, reason. 

  • In order to change an item of your order you have to delete the purchase and replace it.

  • You will receive via e-mail the tracking number from TNT/Fedex courier when your order will be on your way.

  • If you receveid your order with missing item(s) you can mail us to [email protected].

  • You have 20 business days from the shipping date to report any issues with your order.

    After this period, we won't be able to assist you.
    So, if you contact us after six months, it's too late. Check the tracking and let us know right away if something's wrong.
