  • Shipping costs to ITALY: € 10,00 (TNT courier including tracking number).

    Shipping costs to Europe/Rest Of The World: € 20,00 (Fedex courier including tracking number).

    Your order will be prepared and shipped after the conclusion of the sale on June 17th. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the shipment has been dispatched.

    International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

  • NO, you can only pay with credit card/debit card/prepaid card or paypal.

  • Your Family Business order will be shipped from June 17th and delivered within 5-8 business days. You will receive an email or SMS upon actual shipment from the courier containing the tracking to follow the status of the shipment.

  • Yes, you can delete your order by yourself if its status is still ''Working".

    You cannot cancel your order if your received a shipment confirmation e-mail.

  • In order to change an item of your order you have to delete the purchase and replace it.

  • Returns are accepted. If your not statisfied with something in your order, you can return item(s) clicking on the "ASK FOR RETURN" button in the purchase page on and follow the return procedure here.


  • You will receive via e-mail the tracking number from TNT/Fedex courier when your order will be on your way.

  • If you receveid your order with missing item(s) you can mail us to [email protected].

  • If you want to return all or a part of your order because you ordered the wrong size or you've simply changed your mind, the cost of returning the item will be at your expense.

    We recommend you to use a tracking service (simply request it from the Post Office or any other delivery service). If the return delivery is not tracked and the parcel goes missing, unfortunately we cannot continue with the return or refund. If we have nothing else in stock that meets your needs, we will refund the price of your purchase excluding delivery fees.
